Product data infrastructure built for scale

01 Product data infrastructure built for scale

On Page is a product data management platform for organizing the content, imagery, specifications, and documentation associated with products.

The challenge

Businesses need product information to stay consistent across teams, channels, and systems. As catalogues grow, content and assets become harder to maintain, distribute, and retrieve; integrations must handle substantial data volumes without making everyday editorial work cumbersome.

The approach

The platform provides a central system for product information and exposes that information to connected services through APIs. The work spans architecture and technical leadership as well as the ongoing evolution of a live SaaS product, with attention to reliability, data scale, and helping other developers contribute effectively.

The result

On Page supports large product catalogues and high-throughput integrations in production. The platform handles millions of API requests per day and stores tens of terabytes of data, while continuing to evolve as a multi-developer product.

The takeaway

Scale is not just a traffic number: it shapes data modelling, API design, operational practices, and the way a team can safely change a mature product.

A marketplace built for finding the right boat

Marketplace · Search & structured data

02 A marketplace built for finding the right boat

A boat marketplace that brings listings from varied sources into one searchable catalogue, helping buyers compare vessels by the details that matter to them.

The challenge

Boat listings are often inconsistent: the same model may be named in different ways, specifications can be missing or expressed in different units, and useful comparisons are buried in long descriptions. A conventional keyword search is not enough when a buyer needs to narrow results by location, price, dimensions, equipment, or boat characteristics.

The approach

The product combines a structured listing model with a flexible discovery experience. Buyers can search, sort, and refine results using practical specifications, then inspect a selected listing alongside its source and fuller description. On the data side, imported information is normalized into comparable attributes; model recognition is designed to handle aliases and uncertainty rather than treating every source string as authoritative.

The result

The result is a focused browse-and-compare workflow: a broad inventory becomes easier to scan, filter, and evaluate without hiding the original listing context. The interface is designed around real purchase questions, not just a feed of scraped pages.

The takeaway

The hard part of a vertical marketplace is often not displaying inventory—it is turning inconsistent source material into useful, trustworthy comparisons while keeping provenance visible.

Lead evaluation that explains its reasoning

B2B intelligence · Decision support

03 Lead evaluation that explains its reasoning

A lead intelligence application that helps teams assess company fit against a defined ideal-customer profile and decide what to investigate next.

The challenge

A single score can create false confidence when company information is incomplete, contradictory, or based on weak signals. Teams need to understand not only whether a prospect appears to fit, but what evidence supports that view, which criteria matter, and what is still unknown.

The approach

The workflow brings together company profiles, configurable evaluation criteria, and an assessment that presents its rationale alongside the score. Supporting observations and information gaps are kept visible so a person can review the evidence, challenge an assumption, or seek additional information. Separate administrator and user experiences support managing evaluation profiles while keeping day-to-day review focused.

The result

Instead of treating lead qualification as a black-box ranking, the product frames it as a reviewable decision. A team can see why a company matched or missed its target, how confident the assessment is, and which unanswered questions would most improve that confidence.

The takeaway

Useful AI-assisted evaluation should make uncertainty legible. Showing evidence, limitations, and next questions makes a score more actionable—and easier for people to verify.

One operational picture for a busy hospitality team

04 One operational picture for a busy hospitality team

A private event-operations application for SULLALUNA® NYC, a bistrot and bookstore with a varied programme of private events and literary gatherings.

The challenge

Events bring together many moving parts: schedules, people, spaces, service details, and last-minute changes. When that information is spread across separate tools or informal messages, the people planning an event and the people delivering it can easily work from different versions of the plan.

The approach

The application brings event planning and operational reference points into one workspace. Calendar and schedule views give the team a shared view of upcoming activity; event information and venue resources help staff prepare; and a general view supports concise day-of coordination. Administrative functions are separated from the simpler staff-facing view, so people can find the information relevant to their role.

The result

The software gives the venue a purpose-built place to coordinate its event activity and communicate what the team needs to know. It is tailored to the venue’s operating context rather than asking a hospitality team to adapt a generic project-management tool.

The takeaway

Operational software is most valuable when it reflects how work actually happens. A shared, role-aware view can reduce coordination friction without exposing unnecessary complexity to every user.
